The backend is powered by Microsoft .NET with ASP .NET Core and EF Core frameworks, the database is Microsoft SQL Server, and the frontend is developed in Vue.JS.
Main features
Work Scheduling: The software allows you to determine which employees should come to work on a given day, taking into account who is on leave, who has the appropriate skills, and calculating the total hours per employee, etc. Part-time workers can indicate when they are available to work. Each employee can view their own schedule in the application or import it into their calendar via the iCal protocol.
Leave Management: Employees can submit leave requests, which are then approved or rejected by the responsible person. The program tracks the number of available and used leave days.
Integration with Biometric Readers: The program connects with ZkTeco readers, allowing employees to mark their arrival and departure times using their fingerprint.
Device Monitoring: The application connects with sensors that monitor when devices are turned on and links this information with the reservation system to see when clients have booked.
Payroll: The application summarizes the number of hours worked for each employee, allows for comments (e.g., someone forgot to clock in at the start of work), and calculates the amounts to be paid based on this information.
